Your experience:
* Operational leadership experience gained in an Food manufacturing environment
* Experience of implementing continuous improvement with an aptitude for using data to identify and solve issues. Knowledge of a range of lean tools.
* Experience of managing budgets and P&L.
* Passion for operations complimented by a broader understanding and appreciation of business and able to contribute to the senior leadership team.
* Able to balance the hands on and strategic elements of the role.
* Show a clear vision for getting the best out of people and processe
