The role involves supporting students aged between 5 and 19, assisting with learning activities, behaviour management, personal care (when required), and providing emotional and social support in a structured setting.
Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people, ideally within an SEN environment (desirable but not essential)
* A genuine passion for supporting pupils with special educational needs
* Patience, empathy, resilience, and a proactive attitude
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility to support with varied learning and care needs
* The right to work in the UK – this school group cannot offer visa sponsorship
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people (all roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check)
Full-time and part-time positions are available during term-time only, offering a fulfilling and rewarding opportunity to make a real difference.
