HR Assistant
Location: London (hybrid - 3 days in the office per week)
Looking for your next step in HR? Frazer Jones are currently sourcing for a HR Assistant to step into a rapidly expanding Financial Services organisation! This role would suit a ‘second jobber’ looking to continue developing their career within a supportive HR function.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for new joiners and leavers.
* Act as first point of contact for People & Culture queries.
* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure GDPR compliance.
* Generate reports and support HR projects.
* Assist with payroll and compliance tasks.
* 1-2 years experience in HR administration or similar role is desirable.
* Financial/Professional services experience would be beneficial.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
* Great communication and interpersonal skills.
