Due to growth within our first 6 months, we are looking for a ready Salesperson/Business Development Manager ideally coming from commercial vehicle sales and/or broker background.
At Vanation, we are all-encompassing and lead with customer service. We have an exciting future with plans for rapid growth, and you can be part of this from the beginning. For the right person, there will be opportunities for future roles in more senior positions.
We need someone who can hit the ground running, buy into our values, and generate deals independently while handling organic leads.
This is an uncapped commission position with significant earning potential. Since our work involves on-the-road customer interactions and phone calls, location isn't critical, and remote work is an option. The role is primarily Mon-Fri, but occasional weekend calls may be necessary to meet client needs.
Qualifications
* Recent experience in broker sales or commercial vehicle sales (up to 3 years).
* Understanding of the entire deal cycle from quotation to delivery.
* Customer-centric attitude is essential.
