Rugby Office based - 35 hours a week. A great opportunity for a skilled administrator to join a charity organisation. The purpose of this role is to offer administration and organisational support for the Membership Development Manager. Main Duties * You will respond to emails and telephone enquiries and maintain the confidential membership database. * Schedule meetings, generate agendas, minute take. * Assist in compiling a member newsletter * To work within an Equal Opportunities Framework Experience Required * Strong administrative skills - Microsoft 365, databases CRM and Mailchimp * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to maintain confidential records and have clear boundaries around confidential working practices.
