Team Assistant – Legal & Governance

What you'll be doing:
This is a new opportunity to support the Legal & Governance team with administrative tasks, with a view of career progression through the Legal or Governance stream.
●Prepare and maintain Board and Committee calendars, including seeking and monitoring director availability.
●Create, collate, and distribute Board packs and meeting agendas.
●Upload meeting packs onto the board portal.
●Be the owner and external point of contact for the board portal supplier.
●Manage team (Legal, Corporate Governance, Trustee Governance) calendars
●Monitor and respond to the team inbox, escalating where necessary.
●Maintain company registers
●Own and update group structure chart.
What we’re looking for:
●Relevant University degree (Law, Finance, Business etc) with ambition to embark on professional exams, either as a Paralegal or Governance Professional
●High organisational skills
●Ability to manage multiple calendars and meeting schedules
●Ability to manage shared inboxes and escalate appropriately.
●Strong prioritisation and deadline management
●Forward planning and proactive task management
