Responsibilities:
* Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems including generators, lighting, emergency lighting, and fire alarms across a single site.
* Conduct planned and reactive maintenance for general fabric repairs.
* Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize facility performance.
* Provide technical support and innovative solutions to meet client requirements.
Candidate:
* Hold relevant qualifications such as City and Guilds Electrical installation & 17th Edition.
* Desirable: 2391 Test & Inspect qualification.
* Have strong knowledge of electrical systems, including HVAC, lighting, and power distribution.
* Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
