Job Title: Compliance Officer – FCA Authorisations
Location: West Midlands (Office-based initially, with flexibility over time)
Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 (flexible for the right candidate)

The Role
This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on delivering FCA authorisations and compliance support to a portfolio of clients.
You will work closely with a range of SMEs, guiding them through the authorisation process and acting as a key point of contact throughout.

1. Managing FCA authorisation applications from initial scoping through to submission
2. Liaising directly with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and responding to queries
