You will also have knowledge and experience of local authority services and data protection legislative requirements.You will have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and the drive to ‘make it happen’ by directly supporting the implementation of continuous change and improvements. You must have sound planning and organisation skills and be able to work to deadlines within a busy team, ensuring excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
