Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our social media content aligns with our overall marketing objectives.
Duties
* Develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms including Facebook,, Instagram,
* Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience and encourages interaction.
* Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and feedback, responding promptly to enhance customer relations.
* Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
* Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
* Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to keep our strategies innovative.
* Assist in creating reports on social media performance for internal stakeholders.
* Also required to take bookings via socials and general running of bookings and business to keep algorithm in line
* An understanding of Hollistic treatments
Qualifications
* Proven experience in social media management or a related field is essential.
* Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics software.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box when developing content ideas.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
