Job Description
* Manage and administer complex contract requirements for key clients, including Basic Agreements and Long-Term Contracts
* Analyse performance metrics, delivery schedules, terms & conditions, and ensure full contract compliance
* Prepare and submit comprehensive responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), including technical and commercial evaluations
* Support bid initiation by coordinating cross-functional input and developing compliant proposal packages
* Negotiate complex terms and conditions, pricing, and contract changes while effectively mitigating risk
* Act as a liaison between internal departments and external customers to resolve claims or disputes

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* 2 to 4+ years’ experience in contract management, ideally within the aerospace, defence, or engineering sectors
* Strong background in proposal development, contract negotiation, and risk management
* Solid understanding of legal and corporate compliance requirements
