Your Role & Impact
As a Lead Educator, You Will
* Design and implement engaging, child‑led programs tailored to the unique needs of toddlers.
* Create a warm, nurturing environment that fosters exploration, independence, and early development.
* Mentor and collaborate with educators to create a positive, inspiring team culture.
* Build meaningful relationships with families to support children's holistic development.
* Bring creativity, fun, and fresh ideas to make each day exciting and memorable.
* Ensure every child’s needs, interests, and voice are honoured in our inclusive, respectful environment.
Role Requirements
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent) or currently studying towards your Diploma.
* Availability to work shifts between Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
* Valid WWCC.
* Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain).
* A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQF frameworks.
* Passion for early childhood education, leadership, and fostering meaningful connections.
