Key Responsibilities

* Work with the Digital Learning & Platforms team to manage our Learning Management System (LMS), My Development. Responsibilities include creating classes, updating attendance, data collection, reporting, and uploading recordings.
* Assist in promoting and curating content within the LMS, collaborating with the Digital Learning & Platforms team.
* Coordinate and oversee our core skills curriculum and inductions, including scheduling, technology setup, material gathering, marketing, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.
* Coordinate with external providers and the Finance team for invoices, payments, and budget tracking.
* Act as the main contact for external providers, scheduling sessions, managing seminar logistics, and bookings.
* Produce virtual learning events using MS Teams, Zoom, or other platforms.
* Support in-person events at various venues, including participant greeting, material printing, catering liaising, room setup, and networking dinners.
* Assist in the coordination of global strategic projects and priorities.
* Support L&D Managers and Advisors with learning needs analysis for practice groups and business teams.
* Help promote and communicate L&D programs to boost engagement.
* Generate data and metrics to evaluate learning programs.
* Continuously expand knowledge across learning topics and share insights with the team.
* Assist with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

* Experience in a similar environment, such as a partnership or professional services.
* Experience with Learning Management Systems (preferred).
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills at all levels, both verbal and written.
* Confident speaking up and sharing insights in group settings.
* Proficiency with MS Office and strong IT skills.
* Motivated by continuous improvement and open to feedback.
* Proactive, able to manage multiple projects, and take initiative.
* Service-oriented mindset.
* Team player with flexibility and adaptability, solutions-focused when priorities change.
