Salary: £23,600 per year pro-rata (equivalent to £29,500 full-time)
Holiday: 24 days including Bank Holidays
Location: Flexible mix of office, remote, and hybrid options available

Job Overview
As our Membership and Systems Coordinator you'll be the friendly face and tech-savvy brain behind our growing membership programme. Working closely with our Executive Director, you'll help to manage, grow, nurture and and diversify our paid cultural membership community through thoughtful communication, engaging real life and online events and smart digital systems (use and analysis). You’ll also be passionate about driving lasting change, igniting meaning for the good of the Liverpool city region arts and culture sector, and in turn its connected communities.
Main Responsibilities
1. Membership Retention & Growth
You will work with the network's Executive Director to:
* Deliver and manage all aspects of membership administration, including recruitment, onboarding, nurturing, retention, renewals and membership growth; welcoming new members with a smooth onboarding experience that makes them feel valued and connected from day one, plus keeping our existing members engaged and connected through regular communication and support.
* Establish and utilise automated systems to manage the membership, ensuring membership data and metrics are tracked, work with the team to develop strategies that strengthen our community, generating Board and external reports in collaboration with the Executive Director.
* Understand, value, deliver and promote the Member Benefits, working with the Executive Director to build, develop and deliver more Benefits where necessary.
2.System Optimisation & Management
You will work with the Executive Director and Uncover Liverpool team to:
* Manage, optimise and set up where necessary the user-friendly membership management system (e.g., CRM) and other digital tools to ensure streamlined and effective workflows, reducing duplication between systems.
* Maintain and engage in online community forums and other digital spaces where members connect.
* Ensure data integrity, privacy compliance and online safety within all company digital systems.
* Share learning with colleagues and members on how to use digital tools effectively and safely.
3.Analytics & Reporting
* Track and analyse key data and performance indicators (KPIs) related to membership and communications, linked with the Member Benefits.
* Work with the Executive Director to deliver Surveys linked to Member data and analytics, and create, inform and update online systems like a public facing Member Directory, Company Website/s.
* Work with the Executive Director to deliver data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
* Work with the Executive Director to prepare regular Board, Membership and external reports on membership statistics, engagement levels, social impact and value, funding, plus the effectiveness of campaigns and can be used for the likes of Income Generation.
4.Communications
* Support the Executive Director to execute comprehensive communication plans to ensure the Membership is regularly engaged and informed.
* Assess and implement automated communication workflows to ensure timely and consistent member outreach and updates.
* Ensure all content is aligned with the company’s friendly inclusive brand voice, aims and values.
* Development and oversight of the Company website, including utilising SEO best practices to increase content visibility and reach.
* Collaborate and work with the Uncover Liverpool Marketing team to ensure the Joint Promotion Core Aim and Member Benefits reaches its full potential through the www.uncoverliverpool.com website, weekly newsletter, social media and other communication channels.
5.Event Support & Delivery
* Support the Executive Director to plan, execute and deliver hybrid, virtual and in-person events, including seminars, webinars, round tables, workshops, and networking opportunities, ensuring Access requirements are considered and applied throughout.
* Use automated event management tools to streamline registration, communication, and follow-up processes.
* Gather feedback to help improve future events and member experiences.
6.Other Responsibilities
* Liaise with and manage freelancers and partners, as and when necessary, for the company's development and growth.
* Maintain archives, and support technical and office operations where necessary.

Person Specification
Desirable Education / Training:
A degree in a relevant field is beneficial but not essential. Industry-specific training (such as CRM, membership growth strategies, and events management) would be highly valued.
Essential Experience:
* Proven experience using / setting up and managing automated systems, digital tools and CRM systems or membership management tools.
* Hands-on experience in membership coordination, event planning, and marketing could be prioritised over formal qualifications.
* Good understanding of how to use data to inform decisions.
Desirable Experience:
* Good understanding of digital networking tools to manage memberships and communications.
* Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
* Understanding of SEO, web development, email marketing campaigns, familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
Essential Skills:
* Strong communication (written and spoken) with an ability to create compelling content for different audiences.
* Project management, multi tasker, organised.
* Digital mindset and proficiency in using various digital tools and platforms.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Desirable Skills:
* Event management experience - online, hybrid and in person.
Essential Personal Attributes:
* Creative thinker with a proactive flexible approach to problem-solving,can-do attitude, strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
