We're an independent provider of health services, based in Bristol and providing services across the South West. Our aim is to provide care closer to home in a timely way.
As well as our NHS clinics, we also provide a self-paying Minor Surgery service, and this is where we are looking to appoint another Patient Coordinator. If this sounds like something you'd enjoy, come and join us at GP Care.
It's a really exciting time to join GP Care as our services grow and develop, so you could be part of shaping our future.
You'll be based at our headquarters in Aztec West, alongside the other Patient Coordinators. We currently work on a hybrid basis with the team coming into our office for approximately 50% of their working hours.
Working hours: up to 30 hours per week over 4 days, must include a Friday.

You will be responsible for receiving patient referrals and enquiries online, via email or by telephone and managing the patient documentation through triage to the clinic. You will manage clinic schedules, booking patients into the appropriate clinics for diagnostic tests, assessment and treatment while ensuring that clinic time is managed efficiently.
