Proximity Recruitment are searching for a talented Video Producer for a luxury products organisation to tells its story. The successful Video Producer will transform new footage, photography, archive materials and motion graphics into premium, platform-native content that captivates fans, elevates partner storytelling and supports new commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Own, create & edit tight, emotionally rich narratives from rough assemblies, elevating projects with refined sound design, transitions, colour grading, pacing and music.
2. Adapt, edit and re-version assets for multiple environments including displays, internal screens, hospitality suites, showrooms and external event spaces.
3. Produce persuasive, data-informed edits for New Business pitches—short-form attention grabbers, vertical explainers, case studies and meeting-deck videos that clearly articulate partner value.
4. Contribute to daily content planning sessions.
5. Pitch ideas, storyboard concepts and collaborate on content aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
6. Uphold and enhance a luxury visual aesthetic across all outputs.
