Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Project Manager based in Petersfield, with the option to work remotely part-time. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of energy efficiency and sustainability projects. Responsibilities include project coordination, stakeholder communication, timeline management, budget oversight, risk assessment, and ensuring project objectives align with organizational goals. The Project Manager will also work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve project milestones.
Qualifications
* Project Management skills, including project planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress
* Stakeholder communication and relationship management ability
* Budget management and risk assessment capabilities
* Problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Experience in energy efficiency, sustainability, or related fields is an advantage
* Proficiency in project management tools and software
* Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Environmental Science, or related discipline
* Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is a plus
