The Role: Client Relationship Executive
As a key link between our clients and care teams, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality care services. Your responsibilities will include:
* Scheduling & Coordination - Organising and optimising rotas to ensure the right carers are matched to clients’ needs
* Quality & Compliance - Maintaining our high standards of service and supporting self-employed carers
* Client Support - Acting as a trusted point of contact, addressing queries with empathy and professionalism
* On-Call Duties - Participating in the rota to provide reassurance and responsive support
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in customer service or client-facing roles (essential)
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Empathetic, approachable, and passionate about supporting people
* Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships
* Confident in problem-solving and decision-making
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Flexible to cover occasional weekends and on-call shifts
* A driver with access to a car (preferred due to limited public transport)
