We have a great opportunity to join our team in Whitney-On-Wye as a member of our Back of House team in a restaurant with an excellent reputation for our food inspired by the southern coasts of Italy.
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced Chef who will fit in with the team and ensure every customer has a fantastic experience. You must be able to work weekends and evenings.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation and cooking
- Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
Skills:
- Good knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality dishes
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers
- Flexibility to adapt to changing menus, ingredients, and dietary restrictions
