Description
We are seeking an Early Talent Attraction Assistant to join the Claims Solutions Group Talent Attraction team on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support the growth of our Early Talent recruitment initiatives. This role is ideal for HR or Recruitment Administrators passionate about early talent attraction, seeking to advance their careers.
The main responsibilities include providing efficient recruitment services for Early Talent opportunities (Apprenticeships, Paralegals, Claims Handlers), supporting the Early Talent Attraction Advisor, coordinating recruitment activities, and assisting with onboarding processes. The role involves engaging with stakeholders, managing relationships with educational institutions, and participating in career fairs and assessment centres across the UK.
You will be part of a remote team of five, with the possibility of working from Birmingham or Newport, and will need to travel for events and assessments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support recruitment activities for Paralegals, Claims Handlers, and Apprenticeships.
2. Coordinate assessment days, including planning and candidate engagement.
3. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and educational institutions.
4. Manage candidate queries and assist with onboarding.
5. Participate in outreach activities such as career fairs and open days.
6. Support ad hoc projects related to early talent recruitment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Experience in HR or recruitment is advantageous.
* Enthusiastic about early talent attraction, possibly with experience in education careers services.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively.
