Spencer Clarke Group are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to work with our local authority client in Hemel Hempstead!
FULL TIME - 2/3 days per week onsite
Contract – 12 months initial contract with the view to being extended to an ongoing basis
Salary – Up to £38,000 per annum – negotiable dependent on experience
About the role:
* Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance as a senior member of the HR team.
* Manage HR casework, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
* Handle transactional HR processes and administration throughout the employment cycle.
* Utilise HR and recruitment systems, particularly iTrent, to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality HR services and support organisational objectives.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
About You:
* CIPD Level 7 qualified (or go the relevant UK based experience)
* Previous experience on HR and Recruitment systems
* Previous HR casework experience is essential
* Ideally experience within a local authority/public sector organisation
