As our Service Delivery Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless success of our client engagements. You’ll act as the essential bridge between our talented delivery squads and our clients, ensuring services are delivered with empathy, transparency, and the highest standards of quality. This role is perfect for someone who balances financial discipline with a people-first approach to coordination.
Key Aspects of the Role
In this position, reporting to the Head of Service Delivery Management, you will:
* Empower Teams: Oversee team on-and-offboarding, ensuring our delivery squads have the insights and tools they need to thrive and provide value.
* Drive Financial Health: Own the budget for allocated accounts, tracking costs and managing the invoicing process with precision.
* Cultivate Trust: Produce weekly and monthly performance reports—covering budget forecasts and key wins—to provide clear visibility and build deep client confidence.
* Support Squad Success: Facilitate agile ceremonies, foster positive team morale, and translate client requests into actionable stories.
* Maintain Integrity: Manage data within our resource management tool (Kantata) to keep schedules and revenue forecasts accurate.
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for a supportive and organised professional who brings:
* Collaborative Experience: Proven experience in delivery operations or programme management, specifically within consulting or software delivery.
* Coordination Expertise: Strong skills in managing resource allocations and onboarding processes in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional Communication: Highly developed organizational and presentation skills, with a knack for proactive communication.
* Agile Mindset (Desirable): Comfort facilitating agile ceremonies and managing product backlogs for live products.
