Role: Customer Service Advisor\n\nLocation: Sale, Manchester (hybrid 2 days office/3 days home after training period)\n\nSalary: £26000 - £28000 + 10% performance bonus + benefits\n\nHours: (Mon-Fri hours working shifts between 8-6pm) \n\nThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced contact centre Customer Service Advisor to join my Sale, Manchester based client. \n\nDo you have experience working in a contact centre team who speak to existing customers?\n\nAre you organised and can work to deadlines?\n\nAre you naturally inquisitive and enjoy investigating?\n\nRole Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:\n\nManage Customer expectations and develop relationships with key stakeholders\nTalking to customers about their contract and getting an understanding of next steps\nManage and coordinate customer interaction, in line with agreed processes and SLAs. \nEffectively manage the customer experience to ensure that issues are resolved efficiently.
\nPromote the brand at all times by providing a customer centric experience. \nEscalate complex issues and queries to Manager. \nLiaise with and act as a central point of contact for customers and internal teams to achieve departmental KPIs and SLAs.
