What You’ll Do
As a Performance Analyst for Folio, you’ll lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive performance management framework that supports Folio’s strategic objectives. What You’ll Do

* Deliver clear, actionable visual and verbal presentations based on complex data analysis.
* Produce detailed performance reports to support operational improvements.
* Lead customer feedback analysis to enhance service strategies.
* Benchmark performance against industry standards to identify areas for growth.
* Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to align with best practice and regulatory requirements.
* Champion business transformation initiatives to enhance organisational efficiency.
* Provide expert guidance and solutions to internal performance-related inquiries.
The ideal candidate

If not already qualified, there may be an expectation to study towards a professional qualification (e .g., ARLA Propertymark Level 3 or TPI Level 2).
Essential:
* Experience in Housing/ Private Rented Sector
* You'll have strong analytical skills and can transform large data sets into meaningful insight.
* You’ll be an expert in Excel (including advanced functions such as Power Query), and have excellent IT and written communication skills.
* You’ve worked collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver corporate and operational KPIs.
* You'll understand performance frameworks and various approaches to performance analysis.
* You’ll be a proactive self-starter who can identify opportunities for improvement with limited supervision.
* You bring experience in data analysis, administration, and reporting, and can easily pick up new systems and processes.
* You have strong problem-solving capabilities and a keen eye for operational detail.
