We have an exciting role on offer within our Children’s Services as a Level 2 Administration Assistant.

Job Description

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, IT skills and experience of working in a frontline, fast paced service. You will be required to provide a wide range of technical and administrative support including call handling, managing a very busy centralised email account data entry and raising of orders, using in-house systems such as Liquid Logic and Business World.

You will be expected to ensure that all business support responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. A knowledge of Children’s Social Care is advantageous but not essential as on the job training will be given for all tasks undertaken.

Due to the nature of the work a high level of confidentiality is required. The post holder will be expected to be flexible and accommodating.
