Overview
Join to apply for the Telesales Lead Generator role at Amenities MarketPlace LLC. This role is focused on B2B sales in Digital/Data Apprenticeships. It is predominantly work-from-home with opportunities for face-to-face engagement at industry events. You will engage Hiring Managers to understand apprenticeship recruitment needs and timelines, log calls in a CRM, and build a pipeline for future opportunities. You will work in a small remote team and report to the Sales Manager. There are potential opportunities for advancement into Team Leader or Management roles in the future.
Responsibilities
* Engage with Hiring Managers to understand apprenticeship recruitment needs and timelines.
* Use the CRM to log calls, track pipeline, and record callbacks and outcomes for future use.
* Source and qualify leads through social media and other channels.
* Collaborate with a remote team of five and represent the company at industry exhibitions and functions across the UK as needed.
* Maintain self-motivation and meet or exceed lead-generation targets; participate in events and activities that support business growth.
Qualifications
* Experience in B2B or B2C sales; confident on the phone with strong fact-finding and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work autonomously in a work-from-home setting; comfortable in outbound or business development roles.
* Self-motivated, driven, and money-oriented; available to start in October or November (subject to notice period).
