We are looking for an experienced Assistant Chef to join our kitchen team and help us at weekends. This role will expand in School Holidays to 6 days per week so would need to be available to do this.
Your main duties will include lunch service, food prep and maintaining high standards of food health & hygiene.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience of cooking in commercial kitchens, be able to work well under pressure as well as possessing excellent communication skills and be able to follow instructions concisely and be able to work without supervision when required.
Solid knowledge of short order cooking would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
With hours predominantly being 9am until 5pm this fantastic working hours in the hospitality trade
