Senior Care Assistant/Team Leader
Hours: Full Time - 37 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Weekdays and alternate Weekends
Location: Providence Way, Baldock SG7 6TT

Providence Court is a tucked-away, cosy 61-bed care home located in the heart of Baldock, and is looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Care Assistant/Team Leader to lead and support the team.
You will be responsible for:
* Taking a leadership role on a designated unit.
* Reviewing and updating care plans.
* Giving personal care to residents.
* Administering medication and ensuring that social activities are provided during each shift.
Your Skills:
* Essential to hold a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
* Desirable to hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care ( Or willingness to work towards).
* You must have substantial experience of working with older people in a residential care setting and a real passion for leading and delivering outstanding care to our residents.
