ROLE: Pricing Analyst
HOURS: 40 hours per week - 12 Months FTC
LOCATION: Gloucester, GL2 2AQ

We're looking for a Pricing Analyst who will support the business in delivering pricing benefits, improving customer life cycle relationships, and driving margin protection through robust analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
Role Responsibilities:
• Producing pricing analysis and financial models across Multiple Environmental Services (MES), including Water, Asbestos, Engineering and Waste
• Identifying pricing opportunities, margin erosion and pricing leakage, and ensuring pricing decisions are consistently applied
• Working closely with Sales and Account Management teams to track, monitor and action price changes
• Ensuring CPI, RPI and other cost drivers are accurately passed on to customers
• Maintaining accurate price books to protect margins and reflect correct base pricing
• Producing discounting league tables and reporting key pricing metrics and improvements
• Monitoring Sales and Account Management activity and triggering corrective actions where required
• Contributing to initiatives that improve customer targeting, profitability and operational performance
• Reviewing periodic reports and adjusting pricing operations to support company objectives
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements and Standard Operating Procedures
Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
• A minimum of three years' experience in a pricing, commercial or analytical role
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience working with large and inconsistent datasets
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge existing processes and implement new procedures
• A good understanding of financial transactions and the impact of pricing on month-end results
