– MANCHESTER – CITY CENTRE – PERMANENT – £35,000
Working for a well-established consultancy firm, you will be joining a successful team to provide excellent all round Office Administrator to support up to Director level as well as overseeing day-to-day office operations.
Working in a dynamic office environment, duties will include
1. Amending of reports (proofreading, merging etc.) on behalf of Surveyors/Managers.
2. Assisting with the management of diaries, typing of documents, email correspondence, social office outings and holiday cover
3. General administration, including office filing / file management / archiving and filing destruction / setting up new instructions
4. Assisting basic accounts, including processing and logging invoices, banking cheques etc.
5. Office maintenance – booking any contractors, ordering stationery, liaising with various suppliers, IT Company, keeping the office tidy etc.
6. Review, format and keep all company reporting templates up to date and assist Business Support manager with standard templates and documentation.
You will have excellent administration experience, ideally working within professional services, where you have the proven ability to multi-task, prioritise and use various IT software including MS Office to complete duties.
