The Role: Working individually and as part of a team to achieve and exceed our clients' expectations of restoring/repairing their beloved Mulberry items, whilst adhering to the advised turnaround times. Conducting and completing client repairs whilst ensuring the highest quality standards are achieved and production efficiency is maintained. Duties & Responsibilities: Follow instruction and monitor work practices to ensure that our products are refurbished to the agreed specifications. Adhere to quality procedures following our strict quality guidelines. Operate equipment and machinery in a responsible manner, in line with the Health & Safety policy. Scan work in and out of appropriate work zones. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Carry out specific production duties as and when required. Be willing and able to be trained in all skills that are required to repair all products. Be willing to assist in other areas of the department. Adhere to the targets of repair turnaround times. Work alongside the Administrative team of the Lifetime Service Centre. Team: Participate in team meetings. Work collaboratively with all key stakeholders.
