Working as an Administration Officer you will report to the Office Manager, the post holder will provide administrative support to the Operational Team at Kings Mill Hospital, Newark General Hospital and Mansfield Community Hospital.
What you'll do:
1. Log reports provided from auditors onto database and utilise to maintain an accurate record of job progression.
2. Ensure sub-contractor purchase orders and uplifts are actioned in a timely manner and in line with financial policies.
3. Keep all databases/spreadsheets related to the above activities up to date.
4. Liaise with our sub-contractors in relation to timescales for completing tasks and ensure service sheets are received as evidence of completion.
5. Close down tasks following receipt of service reports/sheets ensuring these are scanned into the Concept system prior to the closure of the ticket.
What you'll bring to the role:
6. Demonstrable experience in a similar post.
7. Excellent IT skills – knowledge of Office 365 would be advantageous.
8. Able to work flexibly to meet the demands of the service.
9. High standard of customer care skills
