The Powerplant Engineer will be an integral member of the GE Aerospace On Wing Support London Engineering team, providing technical support to shop operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical evaluations for engines and/or components, focusing on work scopes for engines managed by On Wing Support London, both on-site and in the field. We seek a strong team player capable of collaborating with various cross-functional teams globally and thriving in a fast-paced environment based at London Heathrow.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Receive and evaluate engine-specific workscopes, special work orders, and repair orders from Fleet Management, product support engineering, and/or customers. Provide feedback and translate these into the enterprise ERP tool.
2. Assess On Wing Support's capability to perform workscopes both in-house and in the field.
3. Review engine data to ensure workscope applicability and compliance with Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives, meeting regulatory, customer, and OEM requirements.
4. Interpret aircraft maintenance manuals, engine shop manuals, customer requests, and other approved technical data into actionable digital formats that can be executed locally within the quality system.
