Job Description:
We are seeking an Electrical Project Manager who is not only experienced at managing projects but also enthusiastic about setting up and refining project management systems. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the operational backbone of our projects, ensuring that as we grow, our project delivery remains seamless, efficient, and of the highest quality.
Roles & Responsibilities
These tasks are for the position but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete project lifecycle.
Liaise and communicate with estimating, operating and projects teams.
Manage electrical projects while developing and refining project management tools and processes.
Ensure all projects adhere to safety standards and code requirements, managing budgets, forecasting, timelines, and resources efficiently.
Responsible for managing site staff & specialist subcontractors. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and management issues, ensuring project continuity and client satisfaction.
Drive the company’s growth by enhancing operational procedures, contributing to business development and strategic planning.
Experience/Skills Required:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Electrical Project Management.
A proven track record of successfully managing multiple phased electrical projects at the same time
Solid understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
Exceptional organisational and leadership skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Happy to work weekends/out of hours for critical works.
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and proactive approach.

Electrically qualified, holding a valid ECS Gold or Black Card
SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certified

£50k-£60k depending on experience + Bonus Opportunities
As part of the selection process, shortlisted candidates will be asked to provide evidence of successfully delivered projects.
