An IT equipment solutions company based near chancery lane station is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their small, busy team.
The role will be on a
temporary to permanent basis
, so all candidates applying must be available to start ASAP with no notice period.
Paying up to £28,000, the role will be working 5 days in the office, but once passed probation it will go to a hybrid working model.
The position will be supporting the Sales Director to assist with the day to day running of client accounts, liaising with customers as well as external suppliers.
Duties will include the following:
* Dealing with customer enquiries, both over the phone and via the inbox, working with different suppliers and business partners.
* Provide customers with IT/ specialist equipment product quotes and working with suppliers to source and supply equipment.
* Liaise with suppliers to obtain the best available prices for product requests.
* Loading related Sales Orders onto an internal system and producing POs for suppliers to complete the order process.
* Working to keep customers updated on the processing of their orders and manage order completion expectations, working to provide excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will be graduate calibre and will be looking to work in a fast-paced sales environment and will want to work in a busy/ varied role without having the KPIs or targets to work to. You will be highly organised, have a great eye for detail as well as the ability to multi-task. You will enjoy liaising with customers, being that go to person, as well as striving to provide the best customer service possible.
