In this role you will take a step into a pivotal role that blends bid writing, business development, and strategic marketing. You'll play a central part in identifying high-value tender opportunities, crafting compelling submissions, and contributing to a robust business development strategy that supports continued growth across the Contracting division.
This role would suit a Junior Bid Coordinator or similar experience in construction or waste management looking to join a family-run, industry-leading business that offers real career progression, hands-on training, and the opportunity to grow with a company on an exciting growth trajectory.
The Role:
* Create compelling PQQs and tender submissions
* Source and convert new business opportunities
* Manage bid content, case studies, and visuals
The Person:
* Experience in bid writing or similar field
* Construction background
* Based near Hook, with easy access to the office
