We are currently recruiting a Service Facilities Coordinator to join and be an integral part of the Business Support team, responsible for leading all aspects of the cleaning operations across large, convenience, and distribution stores. Your goal will be to ensure a clean and tidy environment for both customers and colleagues. Track and evaluate the performance of cleaning suppliers, using feedback to drive continuous improvements Support with supervising the budget and finances for selected cleaning services, ensuring efficient operations Work closely with suppliers to improve the cleaning operations and implement innovative solutions Gather and act on feedback from stores and customers to improve cleaning standards. Lead communication related to cleaning operations and ensure stores have access to up to date and relevant information to support Engage in innovative cleaning projects, including the implementation of co-botics, new cleaning equipment, and onboarding of new suppliers Collaborate with various teams to ensure the effective delivery of cleaning plans and support the team in maintaining the cleaning operation Support the operationalisation of key change programs and propositions Ensure training materials are up to date, engaging and support colleagues to deliver a clean and tidy store Lead projects and trials, assessing and managing any operational impacts on stores Follow the business code of conduct, always acting with integrity and due diligence Previous experience in retail and an understanding of the importance of maintaining a clean and tidy environment Understanding of service facilities, particularly in cleaning operations Able to plan and arrange tasks and resources effectively Supervise progress and plan ahead to complete tasks on time Budget Management skills - able to keep track and stay within limits Basic Computer Skills: Use programs like Excel for supervising data and budgets, and PowerPoint for presentations Customer Focus: Understand customer needs and use that knowledge to improve their experience LI-HS1 LI-Hybrid
