* Location: Maidstone, United Kingdom
* Type: Part Time, Permanent
* Working Days and Hours: Wednesday and Friday, 9:00 am – 2:30 pm

Job Summary
Support the Learning & Development function by delivering training across the organization, managing training requests, and maintaining compliance records. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet training needs. Assist the People Development and Talent Partner with booking courses and updating online records.
Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English, Maths, and a science/technical subject
* Experience in Learning and Development
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to learn in-house systems (e.g., Oracle)
* Excellent organizational skills
