Skilled Baker
Job Title – Skilled Baker (Late Shift)Location – Wimbledon, LondonSalary – £30,000 – £34,000 + OvertimeShift – 8-hour shifts starting at 1pm or 3pm (40 hours per week)
Job Role of the Skilled Baker
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Skilled Baker to join a busy and well-established bakery operation in London. This is a great opportunity to work within a high-volume, fast-paced production environment that prides itself on producing consistently high-quality baked goods.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the daily production of burger buns, breads, and pastries, working with modern bakery equipment and maintaining excellent production standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Baking a range of breads and pastries to a high standard
* Hand moulding, mixing, and oven work
* Operating machinery including mixers, conveyors, weighing machines, and moulding equipment
* Working collaboratively with the production team to ensure smooth operations
* Maintaining hygiene, cleaning, and safety standards
* Minimising waste while ensuring consistent product quality
* Communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors
Sector – Food Manufacturing
Non-Negotiable Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a large-scale bakery environment
* Strong experience in hand moulding, mixing, and oven work

* Ability to meet production deadlines
* Self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail
