About the Role
We are currently recruiting Handballers / Despatch Operatives for a busy warehouse operation. The role will begin in Lincoln and then move to Sleaford after the first few weeks.
This is a hands-on, physical role involving the loading and unloading of goods, order despatch, and general warehouse duties. Youll be part of a hardworking and supportive team ensuring goods are handled efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
Handballing manual loading and unloading of stock
Supporting despatch and goods-out operations
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
Requirements
Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling work
Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
Previous warehouse or despatch experience is desirable but not essential
Willing to work a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
Whats on Offer
£14.11 per hour
Regular shifts (06:0018:00)
Ongoing work through December and likely into January
Paid weekly through Provision Resource
