Key duties
* Providing personal care, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and feeding assistance
* Administering medication
* Supporting residents' daily activities, hobbies, and outings
* Following care plans and company policies
* Building honest and considerate relationships with residents
* Maintaining daily written records
* Attending and completing required training
Personal attributes
Patience, reliability, flexibility, teamwork, and good communication skills are essential qualities for a Night Social Care Worker.

Where will you work?
Bridgman House, opened in 2020, is one of our newest residential homes supporting up to 12 individuals with mental health conditions, including bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and autism. The home features a spacious bungalow and two apartments, offering tailored support in a welcoming environment.
