Supervisor – AM Shift ¦ Barnsley Hub ¦06:00-14:00 5/7 As an AM Shift Supervisor, you’ll be right at the heart of our operation. Leading a dedicated team of Warehouse Operatives, you’ll oversee your assigned zone, ensuring parcels move safely, efficiently and on time. With the support of the Process Manager, you’ll drive productivity, maintain outstanding quality standards, and play a key role in delivering an exceptional service to our clients and customers. This is a hands-on leadership role where your decisions, coaching style and operational insight directly impact performance, KPIs and team engagement. Responsibilities Supervise Warehouse Operatives and manage all operational activity within your zone during shift Deliver agreed productivity, throughput and CPU targets against budget Support sortation quality and performance in line with MI and KPI measures Manage compliance with Client SLAs, scanning accuracy, mis-sorts and damage reduction Coach and develop Operatives through 1:1s, performance reviews and team briefings Ensure Health & Safety, hygiene, quality audits and reporting are completed to required standards Interested?
