About the role
We are seeking to recruit three Admissions Officers to join the team. One on an open-ended basis and two on a fixed-term basis to work in our centralised graduate admissions team where they will be actively engaged in key aspects of graduate admissions administration, principally for applications received directly to UCL. The postholder will undertake all aspects of application processing, including assessing and making selection decisions on applications against agreed criteria. They will also be responsible for responding to queries from applicants and work colleagues, in addition to preparing documentation to support applicants applying for a visa through the Home Office points based immigration system.
The two fixed-term roles will be ending on 30-Jun-26 and 31-Oct-26

About you
The successful candidate must have experience of admissions in a higher education setting and will have excellent organisational skills, together with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure. The nature of the role requires an individual with good interpersonal skills who is able to work successfully in a team.
