The Role - Job Share
Working from our Prestwick branch your role will include :-
· Taking property pictures for marketing purposes.
· Creating floor plans.
· Conducting ingoing inventories.
· Conducting 6 monthly inspection condition reports.
· Conducting exit inspections.
· A high standard of customer service.
· Carrying out Legionella risk assessments.
· Carrying out Lead Testing on the water system.
· Carrying out Portable Appliance Testing.
· Carrying out Energy Performance Certificates (qualifications required).
· Assisting in preparing properties for sale & rent.
· Conducting viewings sale & lettings.
· Other duties consistent with the post.
Full training via an on-line learning platform can be provided, however it would be desirable if you had qualifications in one or all of the following; Portable Appliance Testing, Legionella Testing, Energy Performance Certificates or Inventory Software.
Please demonstrate your experience, qualifications and any other relevant skills on your application.
Your shift pattern will be a minimum of 14 paid hours per week over 2 days Tuesday / Wednesday on a job and finish basis The nature of our business will require some flexibility from the successful candidate, and there may be times when you will be required to work extra hours to meet the needs of the business, you will be compensated for any additional hours.
9:30 to 17:00 day 1 and day 2 11:30 to 19:00
Prior to a job offer you will be required to complete a Disclosure check.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £9,250.00-£11,750.00 per year
