Sales and Events Manger Salary and Benefits
£28,000 £33,000 depending on experience

As the business continues to grow, were looking for a commercially minded Sales & Events Pipeline Manager to help manage enquiries, nurture leads and convert opportunities into confirmed bookings.
This is a key role within the business, responsible for helping manage and convert a large pipeline of event enquiries each year.
About The role of sales and events manager
You will manage incoming enquiries and progress them through our structured sales pipeline, from first enquiry through to confirmed booking.
This includes qualifying leads, booking calls, preparing proposals and following up with clients to secure bookings.
You will also support business development by building relationships with venues and corporate clients.
Sales and events manager key responsibilities include:
Responding quickly to incoming enquiries
Qualifying leads and identifying strong opportunities
Managing the sales pipeline within HubSpot
Booking and running client calls
Preparing and sending proposals
Following up consistently to move deals towards booking
Supporting venue partnerships and corporate relationships
Helping drive revenue across weddings, corporate events and private celebration
Building rapport quickly with clientsto understand their vision, priorities and budget
Translating client ideas intocreative, tailored event concepts and proposals
Demonstrating astrong eye for detailacross menus, guest experience and event design
Managingmultiple conversations and enquiries simultaneouslywhile maintaining a high standard of communication
Developing long-term relationships with venues, planners and corporate clients
Spottingnew business opportunities within enquiries and existing relationships
What We're Looking For
This role would suit someone currently working in:
Venue sales
Hotel events sales
Event agency sales
Corporate hospitality
You should be confident speaking with clients, comfortable discussing event budgets and highly organised when managing multiple enquiries at once.
Were looking for someone who enjoys the commercial side of events and takes pride in converting opportunities into bookings.

Ability to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines
Experience working within events, hospitality or catering
Experience with HubSpot or a CRM system is helpful but not essential.
