Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting energetic and motivated Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across Bristol, Bath, and Gloucestershire. You’ll be supporting students aged 5–16 who may experience: Mental health needs ️ Communication difficulties Emotional & behavioural challenges ♿ Physical disabilities If you’re active, resilient, and confident managing behaviour, this role is a fantastic way to channel your leadership and teamwork skills into a rewarding education career. Your Role Will Include: ✅ Providing 1:1 or small group SEN support ✅ Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement ✅ Supporting academic tasks and classroom activities ✅ Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils ✅ Working closely with teachers and support staff There is also potential to secure a permanent, full-time position for the right candidate.
