You’ll be involved in:
* Advising on contentious construction, engineering, and energy matters
* Representing clients in adjudications, arbitrations, litigation, and mediations
* Working closely with experienced partners and a dynamic legal team
* Contributing to business development initiatives and thought leadership
About You:
* Qualified solicitor in Scotland or another common law jurisdiction
* Experience or strong interest in contentious construction and infrastructure work
* Track record in handling adjudications, mediations, court or arbitration proceedings
* Commercial awareness and the ability to provide pragmatic legal advice
* A proactive team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
