YOUR ROLE
* Managing end‑to‑end delivery of HR transformation projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
* Working with senior stakeholders to define HR technology strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
* Providing deep knowledge of SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Talent, Learning, Compensation) and integration approaches to guide solution design and configuration.
* Acting as a trusted advisor to HR and IT leadership to align technology and business objectives.
* Overseeing delivery teams, managing timelines, budgets, and quality assurance.
* Driving user engagement, training, and communication strategies to ensure successful deployment.
* Supporting pre‑sales activities, contributing to proposals, and helping grow the HR Tech practice.
* Leading and mentoring project teams, fostering capability development and collaboration.
* Bringing thought leadership on HR technology trends and best practices to clients and internal teams.
YOUR PROFILE
* 8+ years in HR technology consulting, with at least 4 years in SuccessFactors implementation and HR transformation projects.
* Proven track record of managing large‑scale HRIS programs and leading cross‑functional teams.
* Deep understanding of HR processes (Core HR, Payroll, Time Management, Talent, Learning, Compensation).
* Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and integration.
* SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll for UK and Ireland experience is highly desirable.
* Strong project management skills (Agile/Waterfall methodologies).
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach.
* Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
* Passion for HR innovation and digital transformation.
* Current experience in a major consulting firm or industry with a consulting background.
