Were working with a well-resourced SEN school in Mile End that supports students aged 1116 with a range of additional needs, including autism (ASC), speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges (SEMH).
The role:
Full-time, long-term position with potential to become permanent
Teaching small groups across KS3KS4 with tailored learning plans
Working closely with experienced Learning Support Assistants and therapists
Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that promote confidence and independence
Youll need:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or overseas equivalent)
Experience teaching in SEN or alternative provision (mainstream experience with strong behaviour management also considered)
A nurturing, adaptable, and proactive approach to teaching
