Base pay range
We are looking for an advanced chemist to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.

In this role, you need to have an expert understanding of chemistry — a completed or in-progress Master’s or PhD is preferred but not required. Other related fields include, but are not limited to: Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, Process Development Chemist.

Responsibilities
* Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs
* Evaluate the quality of AI model outputs for correctness and performance
Qualifications
* A current, in-progress, or completed Master’s and/or PhD is preferred but not required
* Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
* Detail-oriented
* Proficient in chemistry, inductive/deductive reasoning, physical/temporal/spatial reasoning
